Beck Newton is dedicated to helping people feel confident and supported in their health journey. With over 30 years of experience, she brings together a unique mix of skills as a Registered Nurse, Accredited Practising Dietitian, Credentialled Diabetes Educator, and Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician.

Through her private practice Eat Live Well, Beck supports people aged 16 and over with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, metabolic health, and disordered eating. Based in Perth, Western Australia, she consults from the Park Medical Centre in Victoria Park, the Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre in Stirling and Busselton, Margaret River, and offers Telehealth appointments.

Beck’s approach is personal and compassionate. She takes time to understand each person’s lifestyle and goals, offering practical, sustainable strategies to improve both physical and mental well-being. Many of her patients have achieved better blood glucose management, with some even putting pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes into remission.
Passionate about education, Beck also facilitates community and corporate seminars, delivers diabetes and nutrition programs. She is currently completing her studies as a Nurse Practitioner, further expanding the comprehensive care she provides.

Beck empowers her patients to build a healthy relationship with food and embrace long-term strategies for lifelong health.

"My philosophy to food is pretty simple - eat a variety of quality, nutritious whole foods most of the time and eat in a way that removes calorie restriction, guilt, shame or negative thoughts. Sometimes we need help to improve mindset and behaviours. This is where my extensive experience in health coaching, counselling and education can support you."
